Today's tutorial features the very colourful "Poster Child" palette from Wet'n'Wild that I got at the recent Canadian Beauty Bloggers (CBB) meetup & swap (Check out my whole haul). Because the WnW palettes are so affordable, I thought I'd make the whole look drugstore-only! So I hope you enjoy this tutorial!
